donald trump is arrested in new york
Charges:
donald trump is charged with 34 cases (falsifying business records) and each case (falsifying business records) have maximum punishment of 4 years in prison it means if these cases will proved right he will be in prison for 136 years
In his interview donald trump said "they know we will defeat them they are not coming after me they are coming after you"
How this all started!
This arrest story began with an affair of his. In 2006, Donald Trump was already married to melania Trump. One year after they had been together, he was hosting a television show. At that time, he met adult actress Stormy Daniels. This meeting took place in the city of Nawada in a celebrity glof club. Ten years later, in 2016, he ran for president (before that, he had two more affairs), and Stormy Daniels tries to tell the story.
David Packer, the CEO of AMI, was friends with Donald Trump, and the business refused to provide Stormy Daniels the $130,000 she demanded until a man by the name of Michael Cohan used a phoney corporation to pay Daniels.
Donald Trump claimed that these events never occurred, therefore why did Michal Cohan provide money for? There is evidence that money was transferred from Michael Cohan to Daniels, and when this matter was brought before the court, Michael Cohan admitted that he had done so. That is why Michael Cohan was given a 3-year prison sentence, which just recently ended. If you believe that Michael Cohan was imprisoned for making a hush payment, this is untrue because hush payments are legal in America. Instead, Cohan was imprisoned five times for tax evasion, providing false information to banks, making political donations, and other similar offences. He was also sentenced for having affairs, even though most states in the country do not consider hush payments to be a crime.
What, then, is Donald Trump accused of (yet not proven)? He is accused of misrepresenting his business and bank documents.
what donald trump actually did (not proved yet)? he did 11 times false invoices, 11 times false cheques and cheques stubs and 12 times false general ledger entries.
Donald Trump is accused of falsifying business records because the money he gave to Michael Cohan to keep Daniels quiet was misrepresented as a routine legal payment to his attorney. Falsifying business records on its own is not illegal because anyone can do it unintentionally, but doing so to cover up a primary crime is. So, following legal proceedings, it will be possible to ascertain what Donald Trump's main offence is. After the court case, we will give you an update.
